I am a graphic designer, illustrator, and Art Director (Master of Arts) with extensive experience creating patterns, books, brand identities, artworks, and illustrations. My particular passion lies in large-scale graphic artworks for architecture, interiors, and public spaces.

Through artistic means, it preserved the plants that originally grew on the site and transformed them into a charming and meaningful feature of the newly built townhouses. Flower Crown large-scale perforated metal work / Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa
Flower Crown is a 44-metre-long perforated metal artwork created for the exterior of the robot-assisted online grocery warehouse at Prisma Kangasala. Inspired by the processes taking place within the building, the artwork draws a parallel between assembling customer orders and weaving a flower crown: individual elements are carefully selected and combined into a meaningful whole.
Designed to evolve with its surroundings, the work shifts in colour throughout the seasons, bringing a changing rhythm and vitality to the building’s façade.

Poem Girl Portraits is a series of 40 portraits drawn using girls with intellectual disabilities from different parts of Finland as models. The project celebrates individuality, visibility, and the beauty of diverse identities through expressive line work and portraiture.
The works were exhibited at the Kuvittaja Gallery in Helsinki. In 2018, the project was also published as a colouring book under the same title.

I designed the first print collection for a Finnish small business, which became a major success and laid the foundation for a full children’s wear line.
The drop included the main pattern Usva (Fog), a misty, atmospheric all-over print, alongside the complementary Polku (Path) pattern available in two colourways. The collection also featured Silkkiturkki (Silky Fur), a fox-themed front print design.
The patterns were developed into a full-scale children’s clothing collection, widely produced and launched as the brand’s first major release.

My drawings can also be found on the walls of private homes. These drawings inspired by Saima Harmaja and the Paavola Oak were originally published in my Lohja Coloring Book in 2015. In 2020, I enlarged them and drew them on the hallway and living room walls of my own home at the time.
A feature about this 1950s apartment was published by Kodin Kuvalehti under the title “A Home Straight Out of a Fairytale Book” (Issue 4/2025).
The Paavola Oak motif was also commissioned for the entrance hall of the new home of Mika Sivula, who was serving as the Mayor of Lohja at the time.
