Suvi-Tuuli Junttila

Hello! My name is Suvi-Tuuli Junttila. I am graphic designer, illustrator and children’s author from Helsinki, Finland. I have worked over 20 years in journalism and media, as a graphic designer, visual journalist and art director at Sanoma. I have been working in more than 20 different magazines from weekly women’s magazine to international business. Beside my professional work I have created my own world of visual storytelling, by using mixing medias in photography, arts and crafts. I specially love to work with my hands, do experiments with different materials and create something inspiring by that.
I am looking for new contacts in the fields of children’s literature, arts, design and crafts. I am open for all kind of big and small work commissions related to illustration, graphic design, visual storytelling and photography. I am also able to make small stop motion animations. Workshops for children and illustration exhibitions are on my to do wish list :).

I am a person who finds always interesting connections and new viewpoints to bring the stories to the next level. I master various materials, techniques and computer programs. Building, lightning and photographing miniature worlds is my passion.
