Hi! I’m Hanna-Riikka Heikkilä, a Tampere-based visual artist, pattern designer, illustrator, and Art Director. I thrive on color, light, and a sense of play. I enjoy reinterpreting the familiar—bringing humor to the serious and grounding soft pastels with bold contrasts. I am best known for creating the visual identity and pattern world for Papu Design (2012–2024).

I bring added value through both my distinctive illustrations and my strategic expertise. I am approachable, energetic, and committed to deadlines. Beyond aesthetics, I understand brand strategy, target audiences, and business goals. I translate creative thinking into visual solutions while staying attuned to global trends.
