Hello! I’m Teo Georgiev, a Bulgarian illustrator, designer, and artist currently based in Helsinki. I hold a BA in Graphic Design from Coventry University in the UK and an MA in Visual Narrative from Aalto University in Finland, where I focused on exploring the intersection of comics and migration studies.

My work spans children's books, editorial illustrations, and branding, where I create playful characters, surreal stories, and whimsical environments. I draw inspiration from nature, culture, and history, weaving these influences into my style, which features a blend of naïve shapes, organic forms, and bold colors.

Language-wise, I am fluent in English and Bulgarian, and I have a basic understanding of Finnish and Russian.

My areas of specialisation are children's literature (both non-fiction and fiction), editorial illustration, branding illustrations. In terms of tools, I use predominantly Procreate and Photoshop, but I'm also versed in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Figma, and have a good understanding of After Effects.
