Eili-Kaija Kuusniemi

Hello! I'm Eili-Kaija Kuusniemi, an illustrator and graphic designer based in Helsinki. I've had the pleasure of living in several countries and immersing myself in different cultures. I also traveled extensively during my childhood when we lived in Belgium. My journey as an illustrator has been long and colorful, bringing me a wide range of fascinating clients and projects. I find the most inspiration in capturing people and environments in a sketch-like and expressive manner. Fashion and feminine themes, in particular, always excite me! Nature and vegetation are also constant sources of inspiration.

I have a deep affinity for the organic combination of lines and colors in the most natural way possible. I love real paints, ink, and all traditional tools that leave the unmistakable mark of the human hand. As a result, my work is often described as organic in nature. I always finalize my projects digitally to ensure they are suitable for a wide range of projects.
