The Homeless’ Housewarming Party / The Night of the Homeless
The average temperature in our welfare state is below four degrees. The number of long-term homeless people is well over a thousand. While waiting for the frosts, it was a good time to get together to highlight this injustice. In the Homeless’ Housewarming Party people were able to admire the gravity-based ventilation of a roofless floor plan and enjoy snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments.

Sweet mother of monkey milk
Aggressive tax planning goes on being silently accepted. This is done predominantly by a small group pursuing their own interests, just like the playground bully but enabled by all who don’t intervene in the situation. The animation, Sweet mother of monkey milk (Ihanuuksien ihmemaa), aims to better develop the 100-year-old Finland by illustrating the country’s tax legislation loopholes – all of which must be fixed immediately.

Dude, where’s my goose?
Social exclusion is the process in which individuals or entire communities of people are systematically blocked from, or denied, full access to various rights, opportunities and resources normally available to members of a different group. In the Finnish language, the corresponding term is “syrjäytyminen”, which misleadingly suggests that the social exclusion is the person’s own choice and made by active withdrawal.
