Ina Fiebig
I am Ina Fiebig (she/her) – a Visual Designer, Art Director and Illustrator with more than 20 years of experience – originally from Germany – currently living in Espoo, Finland.
I have degrees in Visual Communication and Illustration from Art Schools in Germany
and Spain. I work with team members from all over the world - being able to speak fluently English, Spanish, and German.
Throughout my work, I aim to use symbolic and playful language with its own personality. The imperfections of the individual drawing stroke are something I try to maintain and use consciously in my illustration proposals.

Descriptive Illustrations for the Pathways Project
Pathways is the world’s first open platform that provides Insights on the multidimensional vulnerabilities faced by women and children in Kenya, India, and Nigeria. The goal is to understand the impact of these vulnerabilities on their health and to help inform effective action.
To put emphasis on the individual stories of each woman and the qualitative data, descriptive set illustrations and portraits are used within the designs.
The output of the research contained different household types – segments. My illustrations supported the understanding.
Furthermore, the segments are explained by pointing out specific story cases that I accompanied by story moment illustrations.
